Collections takes asset management to the next level, allowing you to group assets for specific purposes, projects or teams. This guide will show you how to create a collection and add it to an Adapt and Optimise brief.
Creating a New Collection
Open Assets and search for the items you want.
Select your assets and click "Add to Collection" in the toolbar.
Click the + icon to create a new collection.
Name your collection (e.g., "Cocker Spaniel") and choose public or private visibility.
Adding a Collection to an Adapt and Optimise Brief
Go to the Projects page.
Click "Start a new project" and select "Adapt and Optimise".
Fill in the details of your brief.
In the Visual guide section, select "Add photo or video".
Choose "Select a collection" from the options provided.
Select the collection you just created (e.g., "Cocker Spaniels").
Add the collection to your brief. These assets will be redesigned into new formats by our creative team.
Finalise your project brief and submit.
