The briefing process is a crucial step in ensuring the success of your creative project. A thorough and accurately completed brief serves as the foundation for clear communication between you and our creative teams.

This guide will walk you through the key components of our briefing process, helping you effectively communicate your project vision to our creative teams.

Overview

The briefing process is designed to capture all the essential details of your creative project. Here's what you need to know:

  1. Navigation: Use the sidebar on the left to move between different sections of the brief.

  2. Auto-save: Your progress is automatically saved, allowing you to return and continue at any time.

  3. Guidance: Look for "i" icons throughout the brief for additional information and tooltips.

  4. Communication: Use the comments icon in the bottom right to leave notes or ask questions for your Account Manager.

Key Sections of the Brief

1. Project Category

First up, select your project category, you have the option to select from:

  • Original Creative

  • Content Creation

  • Adapt & Optimize

2. Overview

Start here by providing high-level details about your project:

  • Define your target audience

  • Explain how you plan to use the assets

  • Link your brand profile for essential guidelines and reference materials

  • Clearly state your project objectives

3. Concepts

This crucial section allows you to break down your project into specific ideas:

  • Add multiple concepts to explore different creative directions

  • Give each concept a unique name for easy identification

  • Select the creative style (Lifestyle, Studio, or UGC) for original content

  • Provide key information about asset production and required creative teams

4. Creative Components

Fill out component cards for each concept, including:

  • Visual Elements

  • Audio requirements

  • Other specific details needed for asset production

5. Product

Provide detailed information about featured products:

  • Specify exact items to be featured

  • Offer guidance on product presentation and use

  • Include any branding or packaging requirements

6. Visual Guide

Create a comprehensive visual guide by:

  • Outlining frames for your sequence or storyboard

  • Providing visual direction for each frame

  • Including messaging or copy for each frame

  • Uploading reference photos, videos, or sketches (optional but recommended)

7. Inspiration

Add example visuals to inspire creators:

  • Attach media files like photos and videos

  • Include notes or specific directions for each asset

8. Deliverables

Request individual assets for each concept:

  • Select quantity, type, channel, and ratio

  • Add details such as placement, duration, or frame references

  • Include alternate formats as variations if needed

10. Logistics

Finalize your brief by addressing:

  • Product acquisition methods for creators

  • Permissions for content sharing and usage
