Welcome to our detailed guide on how to review and request revisions for your delivered projects. Follow these steps to ensure your assets are perfect.

Accessing Delivered Projects

  1. Navigate to the Project Dashboard

    • Log into your account.

    • Head over to the project dashboard where you will see a list of all your delivered assets.

  2. Open an Asset for Review

    • Click on the asset you wish to review.

    • This will open the asset in an individual view, displaying it in detail.

Requesting Revisions

  1. Initiate a Revision Request

    • If changes are needed, click the “needs changes” button.

    • This will open a comment section for you to describe the edits required.

  2. Using the Marquee Tool

    • To highlight specific areas for review, use the marquee tool.

    • Drag and select the area you want to focus on.

    • This helps our editors understand exactly what needs attention.

  3. Adding Comments

    • Leave detailed notes in the comment section.

    • Feel free to add as many comments as necessary to ensure your instructions are clear.

Reviewing Video Assets

  1. Using Timestamps

    • For video assets, use timestamps to indicate which frames or sections need edits.

    • This is particularly useful for precise adjustments.

Approval and Further Revisions

  1. Asset Status and Approval

    • Once your asset has been updated, it will appear with the status “needs review.”

    • You can press “Accept” to approve the changes or request additional edits.

  2. Using the Version Tab

    • Use the version tab to toggle back to previous versions of the assets.

    • This allows you to compare changes and ensure everything is perfect.

Tips for Effective Revision Requests

  • Be Specific: Clearly describe the changes you need.

  • Use Visual Aids: The marquee tool and timestamps help pinpoint specific areas.

  • Provide Context: Explain why the changes are necessary to give editors a better understanding.

  • Be Thorough: Leave comprehensive notes to avoid back-and-forth revisions.
