Projects Dashboard
The projects dashboard is your control center. Here, you can sort and filter projects by their status in the workflow. Whether a project is in draft, in progress, or has been delivered, you can easily track its stage and manage your tasks accordingly.
Project Thumbnails
Each project thumbnail on the dashboard displays key information at a glance:
Project title
Submission date
Icon indicating the project type
Status tag showing where the project is in the workflow
Project Status Definitions
Below is a summary of your projects' status and what that means:
Status | Definition |
Draft | The project brief is created but not yet completed or submitted for review. |
Queued | The brief is submitted but cannot proceed due to insufficient credits. |
Pending Review | The brief is fully completed by the customer is awaiting review from an account manager. |
Clarification Requested | The account manager has reviewed the brief and is requesting further information or clarifications from the customer before proceeding |
In Progress | The account manager has reviewed and accepted the brief, and the project is now officially underway. |
Initial Delivery | A portion of the project deliverables has been completed and submitted for initial review. |
Delivered | All project deliverables have been completed and submitted to the customer. |
Under Revision | The customer has reviewed the deliverables and requested changes or revisions. |
Finalized | The customer has reviewed the revised assets, approved the project, and the credits are recycled back into their account. |
Canceled | The project is discontinued at any stage after the brief has been submitted. |
