Requesting Reshoots and Additional Content

How the reshoot process works and requesting additional content.

Updated over 3 months ago

For every project we aim to deliver content that perfectly aligns with your vision. Sometimes, this process involves fine-tuning and iterative improvements. Here's how you can work with us to achieve the results you're looking for:

Requesting Adjustments or Reshoots

We offer unlimited reshoots to ensure your complete satisfaction. Consider requesting a reshoot when:

  • You want to further align the content with your brand preferences

  • You have new ideas to incorporate into the existing content

  • You'd like to explore different creative directions

How the reshoot process works:

  1. Leave comments on the assets you’d like reshoot to communicate your requirements with your account manager (see an overview of the proofing/approval process here).

  2. Receive an updated timeline for the adjusted content (typically 1-2 weeks)

  3. Review the new content and provide further input if needed

Important notes:

  • Your project remains "in progress" during adjustments, maintaining credit allocation

  • We may need to source additional products or materials

  • If necessary, we'll assign a new creator to maintain project momentum

Expanding Your Project

As your vision evolves you may want to build upon your initial project. To capture your updated preferences accurately, we recommend submitting a new brief based on your original project. This approach allows you to refine and expand your content strategy without starting from scratch. This approach is ideal for:

  • Incorporating new concepts that have emerged

  • Addressing aspects not covered in the original brief

  • Allocating credits more effectively by creating focused, targeted projects

Here's how to expand your project with a new brief:

  1. Locate the project you want to use as a foundation

  2. Click on the ellipses and select "Duplicate Project" option

    • This creates an exact copy of your original brief, saving time and maintaining consistency

  3. Revise the project details to reflect your new ideas and requirements

    • Adjust deliverables, adding or modifying as needed

    • Refine your brand guidelines or creative direction based on insights from the previous project

  4. Submit as a New Project

Continuous Alignment

We view each project as a collaborative journey that gets better each time. Throughout the process, we encourage:

  • Open communication about your evolving preferences

  • Sharing examples or inspiration that capture your vision

  • Providing specific feedback on elements you'd like to refine

  • Adding relevant information to your brand profile for future reference

By working together through these refinement processes, we can ensure that the final content truly resonates with your brand and achieves your marketing objectives
