Walk through the steps to create and manage your brand profile.

Updated over a week ago

In this tutorial, we'll walk you through the process of setting up your Brand Profile, which serves as a centralized hub for all the essential information about your brand. By the end of this guide, you'll have a comprehensive Brand Profile that makes it easy for your Account Manager and creators to understand your unique requirements and deliver content that perfectly aligns with your brand.

๐Ÿ’ก Remember, a well-crafted Brand Profile is the foundation for successful, on-brand content creation. By investing the time to fill it out completely and accurately, you're setting your brand up for long-term success on the Creatively Squared platform.

Step 1: Access Your Brand Profile

To get started, navigate to the left-hand menu and click on the "Brand" option. This will take you directly to your Brand Profile.

Step 2: Create a New Profile

If this is your first time accessing the Brand Profile, click on the "+" button to create a new profile. If you manage multiple brands or sub-brands, you can create separate profiles for each one later on.

Step 3: Complete the Overview Section

In the Overview section, add your company logo and provide a brief description of your brand. Focus on the key points you want your creative team to know, keeping it concise and memorable.

Step 4: Define Your Brand Identity

Next, dive into the Branding section, where you'll define the visual essence of your brand. If you have existing brand guidelines, you're welcome to upload them here. However, please keep in mind that this does not replace the need to fill out all of the provided fields.

The information you enter directly into the platform will serve as the primary reference for your creative team, ensuring they have access to the most up-to-date and relevant details.

Step 5: Provide Essential Brand Assets

Now it's time to provide all the necessary assets that the creative team will need to produce content that accurately represents your brand. This includes:

  • High-resolution and vector versions of your logo

  • Font files

  • Additional graphics like icons, mascots, or branded elements

Step 6: Define Your Brand's Color Palette

Your brand colors are crucial for recognition, so make sure to list out your primary, secondary, and tertiary colors. If you need to convert Pantone codes to Hex, there are free online tools available to help with this process.

Step 7: Outline Legal Requirements and Compliance Standards

In the Guidelines section, detail any legal requirements or compliance standards related to brand photography and digital creative work. This helps ensure everyone is on the same page and prevents potential issues down the line.

Step 8: Provide Clear and Actionable Guidelines

List out clear and actionable guidelines for creators to follow. Be concise and specific to prevent miscommunication and maintain the quality and consistency of your brand's content.

Step 9: Add Reference Assets

In the References section, upload inspiring assets or examples that showcase your visual preferences. Feel free to add captions or annotations to provide extra context for your creative team.

Step 10: Save and Update Your Brand Profile

Once you've completed all the sections, click the "Save" button to finalize your Brand Profile. Remember, you can always come back and update this information whenever needed to ensure your creative team has access to the most current branding information.

If you have any questions along the way, don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to help you create a Brand Profile that truly represents your unique style and vision.
