How to use saved views
- Set up your filters, date range, campaigns, or chart preferences. 
- Click Save and choose Save new view. 
- Enter a name (required) and an optional description. 
- Choose whether to make the view public (shared with your team) or private (visible only to you). 
- To update an existing view, open it, make changes, and click Update view. 
- Manage your views from the Views list: - Sort by name or created date. 
- Filter by public or private. 
- Search by view name. 
- Pin up to three views for quick access. 
 
- Edit a view to change its name, description, or visibility. 
- Delete a view if it’s no longer needed. 
Sharing saved views
Once you’ve set up a saved view with your preferred filters and metrics, you can share it in just a few steps:
- Open the saved view you’d like to share. 
- Click Share view. 
- Choose whether to generate a link or send it by email. 
- The recipient will get an interactive version of the view.
