To get the most out of analytics and creative optimisation, you’ll need to connect your Meta or TikTok (coming soon) ad account to our platform. This connection allows us to analyse performance data and use it to improve your campaigns.
If you’re on a managed service plan, this step is essential.
Without account access, we cannot monitor campaigns or deliver the ongoing creative optimisation included in your plan.
Why it’s important
As your creative partner, our role is to make your ads more effective and efficient. With a direct connection to your Meta account, you can:
Access campaign results in real time
Gain data-driven insights to guide creative improvements
Compare performance across campaigns, ad sets, and assets
Build a performance history to refine future campaigns
Without this connection, you’ll miss out on continuous optimisation and the deeper insights needed to improve results at scale.
Privacy and security
We understand how important it is to protect sensitive data. When you connect a Meta ad account, access is carefully controlled and limited:
One-way only: Data flows from Meta into our platform. We can view performance metrics, but we cannot export, share, or alter your campaign data.
Restricted access: Meta’s API strictly limits what we can see. The connection only provides campaign performance results — not budgets, targeting, or other sensitive settings.
Safe by design: We do not have access to any first-party data such as customer information, audiences, or business details. The connection is designed solely for analysing creative performance.
This means your data remains secure, private, and only used to generate insights that help improve campaign outcomes.
How to connect your account
Go to Settings → Connections → Advertising Accounts.
Select Meta and click Add Account.
If you have account access, choose Continue to connect and follow the secure Meta login.
If someone else manages the account, select Request access, enter their email and account details. Our platform will send them instructions with everything they need to approve the connection.
To speed things up, we recommend also reaching out directly to your media agency or admin. A quick email or call helps reinforce why the connection is important and ensures it’s approved promptly.
Once approved, your campaigns will sync into the analytics dashboard.

We’re working with Creatively Squared to improve the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. To do this, we need to connect our Meta ad account to their platform so they can monitor performance and provide creative optimisation insights.
Please approve the access request when it arrives. This will only allow them to view performance metrics — they cannot edit campaigns or access other ad accounts.
