How credits work and how to use them

Credits are the currency of the Creatively Squared platform, allowing you to commission bespoke creative work tailored to your brand's needs. Understanding how credits are used will enable you to manage your creative projects effectively.

How Credits Work

Credits are automatically calculated and deducted by the platform once you brief a project. The system is designed to be seamless, but should there be any discrepancies, your account manager can manually adjust your balance. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Automatic Deduction: When you initiate a project, the required number of credits for the selected deliverables is automatically reserved from your balance.
  • Manual Adjustments: If there’s a hiccup, your account manager can rectify credit balances.
  • Extra Deductions: Occasionally, additional credit deductions may be necessary for specific project requirements. These are always pre-discussed and manually deducted with your consent.

Credit Types and Account Management

Each account comes with a pre-determined amount of available, or active, credits, which are used as a flexible way to request and acquire creative assets.

  • Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) Account: Simply purchase credits and use them as needed for projects; you can top up at any time.
  • Subscription Account: Enjoy a set number of active credits, allowing for ongoing content production with the flexibility of credit recycling upon project completion.

Using Credits for Deliverables

Exchange credits for various deliverables, from static creatives to full-scale video productions. Each deliverable has a specific credit 'price' that's transparent and easy to plan for within your marketing budget.
