The PAYG account operates on a credit system where you purchase credits upfront. These credits are used to brief projects, with each project deducting from your available credit balance.
Managing Your PAYG Credit Balance: Your credit balance is conveniently displayed at the bottom left of the platform window. Credits are deducted once a project has been accepted and the status moves to In Progress.
When your credit balance runs low, you can request a top up to your account with additional credits. This process ensures that you can continue commissioning projects without interruption, maintaining flexibility in your project planning.
The PAYG plan is particularly suited for teams looking for project or campaign-specific support, offering control over project initiation based on current needs and budget constraints.
Subscription Accounts
Unlike the fixed PAYG model, the Subscription account uses active credits, representing your capacity for ongoing projects. As projects are completed, the credits are recycled back into your account, facilitating a continuous stream of content production.
Managing Your Active Credits: Your available credits and total cap are conveniently displayed at the bottom left of the platform window. Credits are deducted once a project has been accepted and the status moves to In Progress. Once a project has been marked as Finalised the credits will automatically replenish.
If your team requires a larger capacity for ongoing projects, you have the option to increase your active credits limit.
