Methods of Product Delivery
Creators can receive products for content creation in three ways:
Direct Shipment to Creators
In-Store Purchase by Creators
Online Purchase by Creators
Detailed Procurement Methods
1. Direct Shipment to Creators
How it works:
Once we match a creator to the project, your account manager will share the creator's shipping details.
Products can then be shipped directly to the creator.
Benefits:
Preferred method
Reduces risk of incorrect or outdated items
Minimizes packaging damage
Recommendations:
Share tracking details with the creator
Ensure proper packaging to prevent damage
All product and shipping expenses should be covered by the brand
2. In-Store Purchase by Creators
How it works:
Specify up to three store locations where creators can purchase products
Provide an exact photo of the SKU to be purchased
Note:
Product expenses will be billed quarterly, subject to a 20% administrative fee
3. Online Purchase by Creators
How it works:
Specify up to three online retailers where creators can purchase products
Provide an exact photo and link for each SKU to be purchased
Note:
Product expenses will be billed quarterly, subject to a 20% administrative fee
Important Notes
New products will need to be sent for each project due to our large creator network
Recommend providing 2-3 pieces of each SKU for flexibility in content creation
Project timelines may be delayed if product procurement exceeds estimated shipping time
Procurement method should be indicated when submitting a brief and cannot be changed once a project is in progress
Returning Products
We recommend allowing creators to keep the product after use
If return is necessary, the brand must cover postage or arrange courier pickup
How to define your preferences for each project
Specify your preferences in the Logistics section of the project brief
Select the relevant fields and complete the appropriate details for each project
