Accessing Your Projects
After logging in, you’ll land on the Projects page, offering quick access to all your projects.
Project Status: In the top right hand corner of each project, you’ll see your project’s status.
Starting a New Project: Click ‘+ Start a new project’ in the upper right corner to initiate a new project and follow the guided process.
Sort, Filter and Search: Arrange projects by date or status, or use the search function to locate projects quickly.
Brand Profile Management
Your brand profile is a comprehensive yet flexible guide that serves as the definitive source for all brand guidelines, assets and requirements. Share your brand identity and visual guidelines by selecting ‘Brand’ from the sidebar.
Assets and Colors: Provide your logo, fonts and color palettes to ensure consistency across all created content.
Brand guidelines: Clearly define what content creators should aim for when representing your brand, including style, tone, and branding elements.
Upload Visual References: Provide example images or video that demonstrate your brand's look and feel. This assists creators in visualising and crafting content that aligns with your brand identity.
Assets and Collections:
Assets and Collections help you manage your project image and videos and are designed to streamline your workflow, enhance collaboration, and give you unprecedented control over your digital content.
Assets houses all your digital files - from images and videos to documents and more - in one secure, easily accessible location. Some key features of assets:
AI-Powered Tagging: Leverage advanced AI technology to automatically categorize and find content with ease.
Custom Tagging and Descriptions: Add your own tags and enhance assets with context, details like SKU, or any relevant metadata to suit your specific needs.
Advanced Filtering: Quickly locate specific assets by filtering by asset type, brand, date, and more.
Enhanced Searchability: With both AI-powered and custom tagging options, finding the right asset becomes effortless.
Collections takes asset management to the next level, allowing you to group assets for specific purposes, projects, or teams. This feature makes asset organization and sharing more intuitive and efficient than ever. Some key features of Collections:
Asset Grouping: Easily create themed or project-specific sets of assets from your library.
Privacy Controls: Choose whether each collection is visible to your entire team or kept private.
Easy Sharing and Collaboration: Generate shareable links with customizable permissions (view-only or download).

Activity Log
Stay updated with the latest actions, changes, and alerts related to your projects and account
Navigation: Click on any activity entry to jump to the relevant project detail, asset gallery, or rated asset.
Filtering and Sorting: Extensive logs can be filtered by activity type, helping you find specific entries.
Notifications: You may also receive email notifications for important updates like project completions or credit changes, based on your settings.
User Profile and Settings
Profile Access: Click your profile icon in the sidebar to view personal and account details.
Account Type: Check your account type and expiry date to stay informed about your subscription.
Credits Overview: Monitor your credits balance to plan for future projects.
Notification Settings: Tailor email notifications for project updates, personal projects, or selected brands.
